Candidates in their own interest must enter a valid Email Id. Enabling us to contact them.
Procedure for online Registration

1. The Candidate can view the advertisement along with the qualifying criteria's on the home page.
2. For online registration click 'Apply Online'. After filling the form click on Preview; a preview of the entire information filled in will be displayed. Candidates must ensure that the information filled by them is correct.. Otherwise click on Modify Application to go back and modify the particulars filled in application form. Candidates need to review it carefully because the form once submitted for registration can't be altered at a later stage. No request in this regard will be entertained.
3. After satisfying themselves about the correctness of the information filled, Click on Register.
4. A message informing successful completion of online application registration will appear along with a unique system generated Registration No.. This registration number must be noted for future use. Candidates must also print the filled in application form by clicking on Print form button available on this page.

My Account of each registered candidate shall be created. Candidate should log into 'My Account' to view and print application form and call letter. Candidates may approach us by email for any query regarding call letter etc. by clicking on Contact us. Response of the genuine query will be sent by email to the candidate at their email id. given in the application form.

Instructions for getting into “My Account” page
1. Click on "My Account" link on the Home page of the site.
2. You can access to your "My Account" by entering Registration No. and date of birth as Password. Date of Birth must be the same as filled in your Application form.

Instructions to fill the Application form
1. Post Applied For: Select the post you want to apply for from the drop down as shown below.
2. Centre code: Select the centre where you want to appear for the written Exam.
3. Name: Fill your Full Name as per your 10th standard certificate as shown in Fig.1

4. Category: You must check the correct option for Category as applicable in your case, as shown in the Fig.1
5. Nationality:
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
6. Date of Birth: You must put your Date of Birth as per 10th standard certificate as shown in Fig. 1.
7. Community: select your community from the list.
8. Marital Status: select your marital status from the list.
9. Father’s/Husband’s/Mother’s Name: Please enter your father’s/husband’s/mother’s name as per 10th standard certificate.
10. Other Category: You should check for the right category, if it is applicable to you as shown in Fig. 2. LIC Employee’s must enter their SR. No. Physically handicapped candidates may select nature and percentage of disability from the list. Physically handicapped candidates opting for scribe may note that they shall have to make arrangements for the scribe.

11. Educational Qualification: You must select the correct option for Educational Qualification as applicable in your case, as shown in the Fig. 3. Candidates opting for AAO(Chartered Accountant) and AAO (Actuarial) need not fill this column.

12. Mailing Address: candidate must fill address in the space provided for it. State, District and Pin code must be filled in the fields separately created for them. Candidates in their own interest are advised to create an email id. and enter it in the Application form. It will help us in communicating in case of any problem regarding call letters.

13. Fee Details: You should put your fee Details as Miscellaneous collection Number, Transaction No., Branch Code and Date of Deposit in the respective Boxes meant for them as shown in the Fig. 5. If the candidate has deposited application fee in zonal or divisional office of LIC than candidate has to enter zone/division code in the branch code field. Candidate must check the branch address automatically displayed in the window adjoining to branch code. After ascertaining the correctness branch code candidate must click the checkbox.

General Instructions:
  • Any change from the schedule already announced and various dates such as loading of call letters, date of examination etc would be displayed on the Notice Board.
  • The Call letter will be available on the "My Account" of the candidate.
  • Candidate should mention his/her Registration No., fee detail, Miscellaneous collection Number, Transaction No., Branch code, Date of deposit while making any query though my account contact us module
  • Candidates are advised to keep with them copies of application form, call letter and fee Receipt, which are to be produced at the time of written test.
  • If a candidate with a valid registration number could not find his/her call letter in the 'My account', he/she should contact us by email during the period stipulated for it. The facility to approach us has been provided under Contact us in 'My Account'.
  • No mail will be entertained regarding the information already available in advertisement, procedure of registration and notice board.
